CAMP TUITION:  $595   -   1 week   -   August 12-18, 2018

  Send $275 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot,
then pay $320 balance no later than July 31, 2018*


*a $25 late fee will be added if payment is not received by us by 7/31/18
Any payment received after 7/31/18 must be in the form of a cashier's check or money order and include the late fee.

Checks payable to:  Bristol Hills Music Camp, include camper's name in memo.

Campers will not be registered until the $275 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is received.
A registration acknowledgement will be emailed (if address is provided) within 3 days of receipt.

After registration is received, all correspondence will be via email if an address is provided,
so please check it often!

To be eligible, campers must be entering 7th-12th grade and have had at least 2 YEARS of MUSIC INSTRUCTION.


State Law requires that an accurate, completed health history signed by a parent or guardian be returned PRIOR to camp.  This will be sent to you after receipt of registration form and deposit.  It must be returned no later than 7/31/18.  NO doctor's signature or physical is required.  A complete immunization record IS necessary.

A complimentary 2018 camp T-shirt will be given to each camper on Check-In Day.

Camp rules will be strictly enforced.  Please refer to the
Handbook for a complete list of rules.

NOTE:  Pets are not permitted on the BHMC premises, so please say "Goodbye" to them at home
